My Twitter - Everyone would like to utilize Twitter. How to utilize Twitter at the right method. Is there a method to make money from Twitter.

Is Twitter for branding or conversion ? Can we generate sales from Twitter?

Well there are no clear answers i have been generating some tweets and some links to see the effect. Twitter is basically flooded with links and advertising based on affiliates running all over and posting it.
